Using the site or the game means you have read and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The service
Tactical Soccer is a free web game of football management and minigames. It is provided “as is”: it may contain errors, change, be interrupted or stop being available, in whole or in part, without notice.
Accounts and progress
You do not need an account to play. If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for what happens with your session on your device. Progress saved on your device can be lost if you clear your browser data or switch devices; we cannot guarantee recovery. Cloud saving is an extra convenience, not a guaranteed backup.
Conduct
To keep the game fair and safe for everyone, you may not:
- use team names or usernames that are offensive, discriminatory, impersonate someone else or include personal or contact information;
- cheat: modify the game or saved data to gain advantages, use bots or automation, exploit bugs instead of reporting them, or manipulate the ranking, tournaments or friendlies;
- try to access our systems without authorization, overload them or interfere with other players;
- use the site for illegal activities or to send spam or unsolicited advertising.
We may change or remove names, reset scores obtained by cheating, and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
In-game money, players and prizes
Money, players, medals, tournament prizes and everything earned inside the game are virtual items: they have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game, and are not your property. We may adjust the game’s balance (prices, prizes, difficulty, rules) and, if needed, reset or correct balances and rankings.
What you choose to display
The team name, username, crest and jerseys you choose may be visible to other people (ranking, friends, tournaments, friendlies). You give us permission to display them within the service for that purpose. You are responsible for making sure they do not infringe third-party rights.
Advertising and sponsorships
The game may display stadium boards, ads or sponsors, our own or third parties’. More information in Cookies & advertising. Third-party ads, if any, are the responsibility of their advertisers.
Intellectual property
The code, design, texts, images, videos and the Tactical Soccer name and logo belong to their creators and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. You may share links to the game and screenshots to talk about it. Tactical Soccer is an independent game: the clubs, players and leagues that appear are fictional and unrelated to real clubs, leagues, federations or people.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of progress, service interruptions or indirect damages arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
Links to other sites
We may link to third-party sites (for example other games). We do not control their content or policies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. In case of any dispute, we will first try to resolve it by email; if that is not possible, the competent ordinary courts will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights that consumer protection law grants to those who use the site.

Write to [email protected] with questions, bug reports or reports of improper conduct. We may update these terms; the current version is the one on this page and the date above shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept it.
