Stadium evolution

From a floodlit sandlot to a cathedral of football with its own payout — that's how your stadium grows in Tactical Soccer as you upgrade it, level by level.

How stadium upgrades work

You start with no stadium of your own (level 0): you always play away and don't collect anything extra per match. From your first stadium (level 1), every upgrade has a one-time cost and raises both the stadium's name/look and a fixed payout collected after each Competition match played — win, draw or lose, it doesn't depend on the result.

There are 10 levels in total, each one more expensive and with a better payout than the last. There's no way to sell the stadium or downgrade it: you can only keep upgrading upward whenever the club's budget allows it. The stadium level, together with the sponsor level, also determines the credit level available for loans at the club.

You can see the stadium in motion in the Tactical Soccer trailer.

Frequently asked questions

How many stadium levels are there in Tactical Soccer?

10, plus the initial level 0 (no stadium of your own — you always play away and don't collect a fixed payout). They go from level 1 (Floodlit Sandlot) to level 10 (Cathedral of Football), each one with a higher upgrade cost and a higher payout per match than the last.

How much does the most expensive stadium cost?

The top level, the Cathedral of Football (level 10), costs $1,200,000 to upgrade from level 9, and pays a fixed $65,000 payout for every Competition match played.

How do you make money with the stadium?

Every stadium (from level 1 up) pays a fixed amount after each Competition match played, whether you win, draw or lose — it doesn't depend on the result. The amount goes up with every upgrade, from $150 per match at level 1 to $65,000 per match at level 10.

Can you sell the stadium or downgrade it?

No. The stadium can only be upgraded further, paying the difference up to the next level — there's no option to sell it or downgrade it.

Does the stadium level affect anything besides the payout?

Yes: together with the sponsor level, the stadium level determines the credit level available for loans at the club — the higher the stadium, the better the loan terms.
